Génna-Leigh Hughes
CEO
Génna-Leigh has been working in the Australian VET sector for the last 10 years in a variety of senior management roles such as Project Manager, Training Operations and General Manager. She has extensive experience in the Victorian funding market and possesses a real understanding of the frustrations that many RTOs face in the funding space. These frustrations led Génna-Leigh to her passion for advocating online education, as she believes that technology is the solution to running a financially successful training organisation.
Génna-Leigh is outspoken and passionate! She calls a spade a bloody shovel. Her driving force is to alleviate “online stress”, & to change people’s context around online learning. In true Gén form – she says this – “Dammit – Just Get Online!”
Ridvan Aliu
CTO & Founder
Ridvan has over 12+ years experience in Software Engineering. He worked for Fortune 500 companies such as: Microsoft, Amazon, Disney …etc. as a Program Manager, Sr. Software Engineer and Solution Architect.
In 2010, Ridvan founded his own consulting firm called Real Visualz LLC, and grew it from 2 to 32 engineers becoming a direct vendor with Microsoft and Amazon.
In 2013, Ridvan launched EDUonGo.com, an e-learning platform that enables schools and corporations to train their students/employees online.
Lauren Cass
Elearning Director
Lauren resides in Australia, has over 7+ years experience in the creative design space. Her experience extends across 20 national training providers across Australia. Working with clients to bring their content to life, her passion and expertise is focused on the user journey, Providing aesthetically appealing content , with a core focus on the learner’s journey. Lauren’s skills set consists of graphic design, 3D and vector design, video & animation, interactives (SCORM), gamification, Instructional design and development (LMS), web development, full stack coding.
